Worker would be responsible for driving truck & trailer with swamper to and from job sites. Reporting to the General Manager and President, Ontario, the Operations Manager is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership for the Greater Toronto Area operations, which includes Maintenance Department, Field Supervision, Dispatchers and Drivers. This role is to effectively and efficiently manage and promote a level of safety culture and high quality customer satisfaction while building relationships and ensuring the integration of strategic plans with company operations.

Job Duties

  • Maintains and promotes the corporate Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Establishes the overall vision and direction for the implementation of the fleet operations.
  • Develop, implement and improve processes and procedures to improve operations performance
  • Analyze and report on the daily, monthly and annual department’s key performance indicators and industry trends

A Dispatcher is required to safely guide drivers and assist with problem resolution while on route. Job Duties

  • Dispatch calls to routes based upon designated route and driver location.
  • Perform driver check-ins at day’s end to ensure complete and accurate paperwork completion
  • Distribute, collect and review route sheets for proper days end data entry
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
  • Interact with customers, customer service department, sales, & operations staff
  • Trouble shoots and resolves potential problems before they result in service issues
  • Assist in determining daily level of driver staffing to provide best mix of responsiveness and productivity

The role of the AP Clerk is to perform the day to day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure that the accounts payable system is maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.

Main Duties:

  • Receive and verify invoices for goods and services for a number of companies within the Super Save Group
  • Match invoices to supporting documents such as purchase orders and packing slips
  • Prepare batches of invoices by coding expenses to the correct general ledger accounts
  • Enter invoices for payment into the in-house accounting system
  • Verify that transactions comply with company policies and approval procedures
  • Manage weekly and monthly cheque runs
  • Prepare vendor cheques for mailing or payment at the bank
  • Prepare manual cheques as and when required
  • Balance the AP sub-ledger ledger to the general ledger on a monthly basis

  • Maintain the filing system and keep updated vendor files
  • Work closely with senior management
